مقدمه: وجود سرمایه روانشناختی در دانشجویان، به عنوان یکی از مهم­ترین عناصر نظام آموزشی، ضروری است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر نیز بررسی نقش سلامت معنوی و ذهن آگاهی در سرمایه روانشناختی دانشجویان بود.

روش ­ها: این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشکده علوم­ انسانی دانشگاه گیلان (2500 نفر) بود که تعداد 335 نفر در سال تحصیلی 93- 1392 به شیوه نمونه­ گیری تصادفی خوشه­ ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز (Luthans)، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه ذهن آگاهی فرایبورگ (Freiburg) و پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی پولوتزین و الیسون (Palutzian & Ellison) که از روایی و پایایی قابل قبولی برخوردار بودند، پاسخ دادند. داده­ های جمع­ آوری شده از طریق نرم ­افزارآماری SPSS و با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام­ به­ گام تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.

یافته­ ها: نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن بود که بین سلامت معنوی و ذهن آگاهی با سرمایه ­روانشناختی (خودکارآمدی، تاب­ آوری، خوش بینی، امید) رابطه مثبت معنی­ دار وجود دارد (01/01>P). همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون گام­ به گام نشان داد که سلامت معنوی و ذهن آگاهی می­ توانند به طور معنی­ داری سرمایه روانشناختی را پیش­ بینی نمایند.

نتیجه ­گیری: نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشانگر اهمیت سلامت معنوی و ذهن آگاهی به عنوان متغیرهای معنوی و روانشناختی در تبیین سرمایه­ های روانشناختی است. بنابراین ارائه آموزش­ هایی مبتنی بر ارتقای سلامت معنوی و ذهن آگاهی در محیط­ های آموزشی، منجر به افزایش سرمایه روانشناختی در دانشجویان خواهد شد.
