رابطه تاب آوری و سبک های دلبستگی با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان

مقدمه: پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان از جمله مسائل مهم در نظام آموزش عالی می­باشد، که تحقق آن متأثر از عوامل مختلفی می­باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه تاب­آوری و سبک­های دلبستگی با پیشرفت تحصیلی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام شد.

روش­ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی - مقطعی بود که بر روی 285 نفر از دانشجویان پسر ساکن در خوابگاه­های دانشگاه علوم­پزشکی اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 94-93 انجام شد. نمونه­ها به روش تصادفی خوشه­ای چند­مرحله­ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع­آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه­های روا و پایای سبک­های دلبستگی بزرگسالان هازان و شیور (Hazan and Shaver) و مقیاس تاب­آوری کونور و دیویدسون (Connor and Davidson) بود. داده­ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون­های همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون خطی چند متغیره  از طریق نرم افزار آماری SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد که پیشرفت تحصیلی با سبک دلبستگی ایمن (34/0=r) و تاب­آوری (42/0=r) همبستگی مثبت و معنی­دار و در مقابل با سبک دلبستگی اجتنابی (21/0- =r) و سبک دلبستگی اضطرابی (25/0- =r) همبستگی منفی و معنی­دار داشتند. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد که متغیرهای پیش‌بین به طور معنی­دار قادر به تبیین 22/0 از واریانس پیشرفت تحصیلی در دانشجویان بودند.

نتیجه­گیری: نتایج این تحقیق بیانگر اهمیت متغیرهای سبک دلبستگی و تاب­آوری در پیش­بینی پیشرفت تحصیلی در دانشجویان بود.
