مقدمه: سلامت موضوعی چندبعدی شامل ابعاد جسمی، روانی، اجتماعی و معنوی است. معنویت پرستاران و ارائه مراقبت‌های معنوی به هم مرتبط است. بنابراین، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نگرش به معنویت و مراقبت معنوی در بین پرستاران، اساتید و دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد.
روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی- تحلیلی در سال 1397 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش 500 نفر شامل پرستاران، اساتید و دانشجویان پرستاری بود که با روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار مطالعه شامل اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و مقیاس بومی سازی شده درجه‌بندی معنویت و مراقبت معنوی با ۲۳ سؤال در دو بخش اساسی «معنویت» و «مراقبت معنوی» بود. پس از کسب رضایت آگاهانه از افراد، پرسش‌نامه‌ها تکمیل و داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 16تجزیه و تحلیل شد..
یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه 455 پرسش‌نامه تکمیل شد. 62/2 درصد از پاسخ‌دهندگان زن و میانگین سن آنها برابر با 6/68±27/19 سال بود. میانگین نمره کل معنویت و مراقبت معنوی برابر با 13/83±67 بود و درمجموع 66/4 درصد از شرکت‌کنندگان سطوح بالای نگرش به معنویت و نگرش معنوی را کسب کردند. نمرات نگرش به معنویت و مراقبت معنوی ارتباط آماری معناداری با سن، جنس و سوابق بالینی شرکت‌کنندگان نداشت (0/05<P).
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته های مطالعه حاضر نگرش به معنویت و مراقبت معنوی در بین پرستاران، اساتید و دانشجویان پرستاری مطلوب بود. گرچه نگرش مطلوب به معنویت و مراقبت معنوی اولین قدم در توجه به نیازهای روحی بیمار و ارائه مراقبت معنوی است ولی به‌تنهایی کافی نیست و چنانچه از این مفاهیم که شناخت آنها در افراد بیشتر متأثر از زمینه فرهنگی و مذهبی جامعه است تا آموزش علمی و آکادمیک غفلت شود، نخواهد توانست پاسخ‌گوی نیازهای معنوی همه بیماران باشد.
