مقدمه:توجه به تفکر انتقادی یک از اهداف آموزش عالی و مؤلفه های کلیدی بهداشت روانی در دانشجویان است. لذا این پژوهش با هدف اثربخشی آموزش تفکر انتقادی بر تحمل ابهام و شادکامی دانشجویان انجام اجرا شد.
روش ها: این پزوهش به روش نیمه تجربی و به صورت طرح آزمایش پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. نمونه پژوهش40 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان در سال تحصیلی 96-95 بودند که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به شیوه تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین گردیدند. قبل و بعد از اجرای آموزش تفکر انتقادی برای سنجش بازده های عاطفی تحمل ابهام و شادکامی از پرسشنامه های شادکامی آکسفورد آراجایل و همکاران و تحمل ابهام مککین و دیوی دال که هر دو دارای شاخص های قابل قبول روایی و پایایی بودند، استفاده شد. آموزش تفکر انتقادی برای گروه آزمایش به طور جداگانه، 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای اجرا و از دو گروه پس آزمون به عمل آمد و در این مدت برای گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی اعمال نشد. در نهایت اطلاعات بدست آمده از پیش آزمون و پس آزمون نمرات مربوط به گروه مداخله و گروه کنترل از طریق نرم افزارspss و با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته ها:نتایج نشان داد که ضریب همبستگی بین شادکامی و تحمل ابهام 0/119 است. همچنین بین میانگین نمرات شادکامی (45/02) و تحمل ابهام (45/06) در گروه کنترل و در میانگین نمرات شادکامی (47/6) و تحمل ابهام (46/6) در گروه آزمایش تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد. یافته ها بیانگر آن بود که بین میانگین نمرات پس آزمون شادکامی (39/06) و تحمل ابهام (38/06) در گروه کنترل و میانگین نمرات پس آزمون شادکامی (62/7) و تحمل ابهام (62/87) در گروه آزمایش تفاوت معنی دار وجود دارد (46/96=p<0/001,F). نتایج نشان داد که آموزش تفکر انتقادی باعث افزایش تحمل ابهام و شادکامی در دانشجویان می شود.
نتیجه گیری:با توجه به این که بکارگیری آموزش تفکر انتقادی بر شادکامی و تحمل ابهام تاثیر مثبت دارد و موجب افزایش شادکامی و تحمل ابهام دانشجویان می گردد، برگزاری دوره ایی در این زمینه در مراکز آموزش عالی توصیه می شود.
