رابطه مولفه های سبک زندگی ارتقاء‌دهنده سلامت با خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در دانشجویان ساکن خوابگاه

مقدمه: خودکارآمدی تحصیلی از جمله عوامل موثر در پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان می­ باشد که تحقق آن متاثر از عوامل گوناگونی می ­باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین مولفه­ های سبک زندگی ارتقاء­دهنده سلامت با خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در نمونه ­ای از دانشجویان ساکن خوابگاه انجام شد.
روش ­ها: در این پژوهش تحلیلی- توصیفی در سال تحصیلی 96-1395، 250 نفر از دانشجویان ساکن خوابگاه­ های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان به شیوه تصادفی خوشه­ ای انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع ­آوری داده­ ها از پروفایل سبک زندگی ارتقاء­­دهنده سلامت و پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانشجویان استفاده شد. به منظور تحلیل داده ­ها از نرم­ افزار آماری SPSS و از آزمون­ های همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی استفاده شد.
یافته ­ها: : نتایج نشان داد که مولفه ­های خودشکوفایی (=0/364r)، مسئولیت­ پذیری در قبال سلامت(=0/0470r) ، روابط بین­ فردی (=0/337r)، مدیریت استرس(=0/497r) ، فعالیت جسمی(=0/485r) و تغذیه(=0/510r) با خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در دانشجویان رابطه معنی­ دار و مثبت دارند (0/01>P). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که به ترتیب مولفه­ های تغذیه، مسئولیت ­پذیری در قبال سلامت، فعالیت جسمی و مدیریت استرس قادر به پیش­ بینی 51 درصد از واریانس خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در دانشجویان است .
نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج این مطالعه دلالت بر اهمیت متغیرهای خودشکوفایی، مسئولیت پذیری در قبال سلامت، روابط بین­ فردی، مدیریت استرس، فعالیت جسمی و تغذیه به عنوان مولفه­ های سبک زندگی ارتقاء­دهنده سلامت در خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانشجویان دارد. بر این اساس می­ بایست جهت رشد باورهای خودکارآمدی دانشجویان به سبک زندگی آن­ها توجه شود و آموزش­ های مبتنی بر ارتقاء سبک زندگی برای دانشجویان لحاظ شود.
