رابطه هیجان های تحصیلی با عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز

مقدمه: در سال­ های اخیر به دلیل شناخت پیامدهای هیجان ­ها در حوزه آموزش و یادگیری، تحلیل موقعیت ­های آموزشی با رویکرد و نگاه هیجانی در محیط­ های آکادمیک افزایش پیدا کرده است. بر همین اساس مطالعه حاضر به نقش هیجان­ های تحصیلی مرتبط بر عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان پزشکی می­ پردازد.
روش ها: پژوهش حاضر در قالب یک طرح توصیفی - همبستگی در بین دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در سال تحصیلی 96-95 صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 800 نفر بوده که تعداد 250 نفر با روش نمونه ­گیری تصادفی ساده و براساس فرمول لوی و لمشو از این جامعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه معتبر هیجان تحصیلی پکران و همکاران (2011) بود که روایی آن به­صورت صوری و محتوایی و پایایی آن از طریق ضریب آلفای کرنباخ (0/89) تائید گردید. داده‌های پژوهش نیز با استفاده از روش­ های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و نرم­ افزار آماری  SPSSمورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که بین هیجان­ های مثبت (لذت، امید، افتخار) با عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان رابطه مثبت و معنی ­دار (0/01p≤) و بین هیجان­ های منفی (خشم، اضطراب، ناامیدی، شرم و خستگی) با عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان رابطه منفی و غیرمعنی­ دار وجود دارد (0/01p≥). نتایج نشان داد که هیجان ­های لذت، امیدواری، افتخار و شرم توانستند روی هم رفته (0/221) از واریانس عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان را تبیین کنند. همچنین دانشجویان مقاطع مختلف تفاوت معنی­ داری در هیجان ­های تحصیلی با یکدیگر داشتند (0/05p≤).
نتیجه گیری: یافته­ های پژوهشی حاکی از رابطه بین هیجان­های تحصیلی دانشجویان با عملکرد تحصیلی آنان بود. بر همین اساس، اساتید بایستی تجربه ­های هیجانی دانشجویان را به منظور استفاده و بهره ­برداری از چنین هیجاناتی برای تسهیل یادگیری بهتر در نظر داشته باشند.
