مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیتی که خلاقیت و اشتیاق تحصیلی در بین دانشجویان دارد، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه خلاقیت هیجانی در اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشکده بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بود.
روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشکده بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گناباد برابر با 352 نفر در سال 1394 بود. تعداد افراد نمونه براساس جدول گرجسی و مورگان 185 نفر بود که بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه خلاقیت هیجانی آوریل (1994) و اشتیاق تحصیلی فردریکز و همکاران (2004)، بود. داده‌ها با نرمافزار spss-22 و با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری تی مستقل، تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون در سطح معناداری 0/05 (0/05<P)، تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که میزان خلاقیت هیجانی و اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشکده بهداشت بالاتر از متوسط بود. بین خلاقیت هیجانی و اشتیاق تحصیلی رابطه آماری وجود داشت (0/001=P، 0/494=r) و مؤلفه آمادگی هیجانی، کارآیی و اصالت جزو مؤلفه‌هایی بودند که اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشجویان را پیش‌بینی می‌کردند (0/001=P).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اینکه بین خلاقیت هیجانی و اشتیاق تحصیلی رابطه وجود دارد، بنابراین دست اندرکاران نظام آموزشی دانشگاه باید از طریق برگزاری دوره‌ها و کارگاه‌های آموزشی، خلاقیت هیجانی و اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشجویان را تقویت نمایند.
