مقدمه: آموزش بالینی بخش مهمی از آموزش دانشجویان اتاق عمل است و تأثیر مستقیمی بر کیفیت مراقبت‌های بهداشتی دارد. عوامل بسیاری اثربخشی این آموزش را شکل می‌دهند. شناسایی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل این عوامل می‌تواند یادگیری دانشجویان و توسعه مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای را بهبود بخشد. این مرور سیستماتیک، عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر کیفیت آموزش بالینی دانشجویان اتاق عمل در ایران را شناسایی و ترکیب می‌کند.
روش‌ها: در این مطالعه، پایگاه‌های Web of Science، Scopus، PubMed، Google Scholar، SID و Magiran در بازه زمانی ۲۰۰۰ تا ۲۰۲۴ مورد جست‌وجو قرار گرفتند. به‌طور خاص، عبارات جست‌وجوشده شامل کیفیت آموزش بالینی، دانشجویان اتاق عمل، ایران، عوامل موثر، آموزش سلامت، محیط آموزشی، آموزش پزشکی و دانشجویان بود. پس از حذف موارد تکراری، دو داور عناوین و چکیده‌ها را به‌طور مستقل غربالگری کردند. سپس متن کامل مقالات بالقوه مرتبط، برای تعیین واجد شرایط بودن بررسی شد. درمجموع، پانزده مقاله که معیارهای ورود را داشتند، انتخاب شدند.
یافته‌ها: کیفیت آموزش بالینی دانشجویان اتاق عمل، تحت تأثیر عوامل متعددی است. بهبود کیفیت آموزش بالینی، همراه با رعایت استانداردهای یادگیری و شرایط محیطی بهتر، تأثیر مثبت چشمگیری بر نمره‌های عملکرد بالینی دانشجویان دارد. انگیزه دانشجویان و اعتماد متقابل به استادان و توانمندی‌های بالینی و آموزشی آنان (دانش، مهارت، تجربه و ارتباط مؤثر) کلیدهای بهبود کیفیت آموزش بالینی هستند. چالش‌ها شامل کمبود امکانات، زمان محدود و تعداد زیاد دانشجویان است.
نتیجه‌گیری: جهت ارتقای آموزش بالینی، دانشگاه‌ها باید امکانات و تجهیزات آموزشی را بهبود بخشند، نسبت دانشجو به مربی را کاهش دهند و زمان بیشتری را برای آموزش عملی اختصاص دهند. برنامه‌های حمایتی و انگیزشی می‌توانند علاقه دانشجویان را بیشتر کنند و برنامه‌های آموزشی برای توسعه مهارت‌های تدریس و ارتباط مؤثر مربیان مهم‌اند.
