مقدمه: دانشجویان استعداد درخشان به‌واسطه آنکه تصوّر می‌شود می‌توانند امور را به شکل بهتری نسبت به دیگران انجام دهند و قدم‌های مؤثری درجهت حلّ مشکلات محیط، جامعه و کشور بردارند، از سرمایه‌های انسانی با ارزش در هر جامعه‌ای به‌حساب می‌آیند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان استعداد درخشان انجام شده است.
روش‌ها: رویکرد روش‌شناسی این مطالعه کیفی و روش پژوهش اتّخاذشده، روش فراترکیب هفت‌مرحله‌ای ساندلوسکی و باروسومی است. پژوهشگران به جست‌وجوی سیستماتیک پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده مربوط به این عوامل در پایگاه‌های علمی جهاد دانشگاهی، نورمگز، مگیران، پرتال جامع علوم انسانی و سیویلیکا، علم‌نت بین سال‌های 1403- 1385 با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌هایی چون دانشجویان استعداد درخشان، عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان استعداد درخشان و عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان استعداد درخشان پرداختند. در بررسی‌های اوّلیه، تعداد 136 منبع یافت شد که پس از طی مراحل غربالگری و اعتبارسنجی و بهره‌گیری از ابزارCASP ، درنهایت 32 مطالعه با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون، تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. برای بررسی کیفیت یا پایایی شاخص‌ها از ضریب کاپا در IBM SPSS Statistics نسخه 26 بهره گرفته شد که در پژوهش حاضر برابر با 0/81 است که نشان‌دهنده پایایی مناسب شاخص‌های این پژوهش است.
یافته‌ها: از تحلیل محتوای منابع منتخب، 240 کد اوّلیه استخراج شدند که شامل 16 مضمون فرعی بودند که در قالب 4 مضمون اصلی شامل عوامل فردی (ویژگی‌های دموگرافیک، مؤلّفه‌های شناختی و روان‌شناختی، ویژگی‌های انگیزشی، ویژگی‌های نگرشی، ویژگی‌های رفتاری، ویژگی و شرایط خانوادگی) عوامل سازمانی (فرهنگ و جوّ سازمانی، تعاملات درون و بین دانشگاهی، ویژگی‌های دانشگاه محلّ تحصیل)، عوامل حمایتی (پشتیبانی و حمایت ازسوی جامعه، پشتیبانی و حمایت ازسوی دولت، پشتیبانی و حمایت ازسوی دانشگاه) و عوامل آموزشی (پرورش استعداد و توانمندی دانشجو، راهبردهای آموزشی، تدوین محتوای آموزشی، تجهیزات و امکانات آموزشی) طبقه‌بندی شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: عوامل موثر بر عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان استعداد درخشان چند بعدی است، علاوه بر خصوصیات فردی خودِ دانشجو، عواملی در سطح دانشگاه و محیط جامعه نیز بر عملکرد آنان موثر می باشد بنابراین توصیه میشود مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان آموزشی با توجه به عوامل فردی،‌ سازمانی، حمایتی و آموزشی مؤثر بر عملکرد دانشجویان استعداد درخشان که در این مطالعه تبیین شد،‌ بستر مناسب برای پیشرفت و بهبود عملکرد تحصیلی این دانشجویان را در دانشگاهها فراهم کنند.
