Social accountability is a commitment to guidance, education and research and the provision of health services based on the priority of community health needs and its importance is such that in some studies it is considered as one of the four main missions of medical universities. It is necessary to change the direction of comprehensive health service centers to the social accountable medical education center. In this process, the change is explained using the 8 steps of the Kotter change model.
