  Introduction: The type and quality of educational programs result in higher education marketing. Medical education as well as higher education systems around the world has been dramatic changes. Increase the community's needs, progress, and reform in teaching approach in medical education Caused to revision in most medical school's curriculum. This research was conducted to recognize of top medical school's educational structure in the world.

  Methods: In this descriptive study 100 top universities of the world selected based on Shanghai ranking system that includes Institute of Medical Sciences. Among them universities, medical schools were selected with the highest ranking in their performance. All of data were gathered based on the information available on universities website. Demographic data were analyzed by spss software by applying descriptive statistics.

  Results : Results showed among the top 100 universities, 47 university medical school performance ratings under 50 .Cambridge Medical School Acceptance rate (6/3%) was the highest rate and Johns Hopkins University Medical school was lowest acceptance rate (2%) .Evaluation of Educational Curriculum features in 10 top medical schools revealed integrated and competency based curriculum further considered and most of curriculums have been revised.

  Conclusion : Most of medical schools for excellence in the field of research by giving attention to international ranking system, notice to factors affecting the success of educational structure such as attractive elite students and delivery of various curriculum.
