This study aimed to investigate the effect of critical thinking strategies on constructive thinking and self-efficacy of students. Methods: This was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test design with control group. The sample consisted of 40 students of Lorestan University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 2017-2018 who were selected by available sampling method and were randomly divided into two control and case groups. Before and after the Critical Thinking training, Emotional Productivity Strategies of Spain and Meyer (1990) and Morris Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (2001) were used to measure the emotional productivity of both validity and reliability indices. Critical thinking training was administered to the case group separately, for 10 sessions of 90 minutes and from the two post-test groups. Finally, the data obtained from pre-test and post-test scores of the case and control groups were analyzed by SPSS software using covariance analysis. Results: The results showed that the correlation coefficient between constructive thinking strategies and self-efficacy was 0.241. The results also showed that between the mean scores of constructive thinking strategies (8.81) and self-efficacy (83.3) in control group also in the mean scores of constructive thinking strategies (86.1) and self-efficacy (76.4) in the experimental group no significant differences was observed. Findings indicated that between the mean scores of constructive thinking strategies (0.78) and self-efficacy (81.6) in the control group and the mean scores of constructive thinking strategies (88.4) and self-efficacy (99.05) there was a significant differences in the experimental group (F = 12.57, P <0.001). Conclusion: Therefore, considering the use of Critical Thinking training has a positive effect on increasing students 'constructive and self-efficacy thinking strategies and enhances students' constructive and self-efficacy thinking strategies, training courses in this field in educational centers Recommended. In this regards, it is necessary to examine the relationship between these factors and creative problem solving. This study aimed to determine the mediating role of critical thinking in the relationship between family emotional atmosphere and creative problem solving among students of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences in 1397-98. Methods: This is a descriptive and correlational study which has been done on 275 Professional Doctorate students of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 1397-98.  Sample size were selected using Cochran and stratified random sampling method. Data were collected using standard questionnaires of Hill Burn Family Emotional Atmosphere (1964), Baser Creative Problem Solving (2004) and Rickets Critical Thinking Questionnaire (2003). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple regression tests by SPSS. The four-step method of Baron and Kenny was used to determine the mediator role. Results: In a sample of  275 students, 167 (60.7%) were male and 108 (39.3%) female. There was also a significant relationship between family emotional atmosphere with creative problem solving (r= 0.231 and P= 0.003) and creativity component (r= 0.243 and P= 0.021). The relationship between critical thinking and creative problem solving (r= 0.385, P= 0.002), excellence (r= 0.383, P= 0.002), and commitment (r= 0.348, P= 0.008) were also significant. Finally, the mediating role of critical thinking in the relationship between family emotional atmosphere and creative problem solving was con. Conclusion: based on results, there was a significant relationship between Family's emotional atmosphere and creative problem solving in students. Critical thinking played a mediating role between the two main variables so that two variables were  removed  from the relationship by being in the relationship of emotional atmosphere and creative problem solving. The purpose of this study was to provide a model for improving the quality of Residents Education based on healthcare transformation plan. Methods: This qualitative study was conducted on 24 managers, professors and assistants of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences using a grounded theory approach and Purposeful sampling was performed until theoretical saturation and confidentiality of information was achieved. Data were  collected through semi-structured interviews and open coding was done using MAXQDA10, in the next step the open source categories were identified as axial categories, and in the last stage, the relationship between the axial categories (selective coding) was determined. Results: Findings based on analyzing data including : ground condition (burden of treatment), causal condition (clinical education), intervening condition (supervision process) and strategies (education standardization, Qualification of education, promotion of professional ethics and preservation of human dignity and comprehensive review of pre-implementation transformation plan), and implications (reducing teacher and assistant therapeutic work, motivating residents, reducing medical error, increasing education time ,increasing supervision of occupational therapist and assistant). Conclusion: Increasing the quality and quantity of education in medical universities will definitely have a positive effect on how patients are treated and on their health over time. Achieving such a goal requires using of new teaching methods by teachers in designing teaching methods. The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of two training methods of "simulation patient" and "real patient" in transferring of spinal cord injury patients on knowledge, attitude and skill of occupational therapy students. Methods: The present study is a quasi-experimental study with two group plan: pre-test and post-test, which included 38 undergraduate occupational therapy students that selected by census method. Then participants through simple randomization divided in two groups (19 members). Content of education about transferring of spinal cord injury patients was presented in both groups via lecture and slide during two days. Then, for practical training, students were divided into two groups of training (simulation patient and real patient). Before and after practical -training, knowledge and attitude questionnaires and observational skills checklists were distributed and collected from two groups. Data were analyzed by Wilcoxon test and U Mann-Whitney test through SPSS. Results: There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of age, gender, and marital status. After practical training, the results showed a significant difference between the two groups in changing the level of knowledge (P=0.019) skill in terms of general educational content (P=0.006), specific educational content (P=0.000) and relationship initiation (P=0.001).also, findings show significant difference between two groups in "real patient" method but no significant difference in "simulation patient" method. Conclusion: According to the results, it can be concluded that clinical education can improve the level of knowledge and skill of occupational therapy students as compared to the role-playing method and as a new educational method in medical sciences, increase the quality of education. Comparing existing programs with similar programs at the world's top universities with a comparative approach is one of the methods used in evaluating programs. The purpose of this study was to compare the Master of Nursing Management curriculum in Iran with UC Davis University of California. Methods: This descriptive-comparative study was carried out in 2018, data were collected by searching the internet with the key words of nursing, nursing education, curriculum, California UC Davis and Iran, and using Bereday’s four-stage model: description, interpretation, juxta position and comparison were analyzed. Results: Both programs showed similar approaches to theoretical and clinical teaching, except that peer learning, distance learning, and preceptorship were found at Yves Davis University. The job duties mentioned for graduates in the MA and US Davis Master's Degree Programs also indicate that the "Management- Leadership" tasks are similar in both programs, but given the educational content, the Iranian program was more practical and its main focus is management, leadership, and policymaking in clinical settings. While at UC Davis University, nurses are prepared for leadership roles in the care system and faculty at colleges and specialist nurses in community. Conclusion: Iranian universities have paid more attention to the practical and clinical aspects of MSc in Nursing Management and its main purpose is to train the Executive Specialists. Methods: This research is applied in terms of purpose and was conducted in Guilan University of Medical Sciences in 2019. To collect data, a combined method including three methods of documentary study, fuzzy Delphi, and survey was used. Sampling method in Delphi technique was purposeful and 10 experts and scholars in the fields of medical sciences and education management were interviewed using semi-structured interviews to achieve data saturation. To analyze the content, the qualitative content analysis was used in the first stage and fuzzy Delphi analysis in the second and third stages. Result: Initially, 612 initial codes were extracted, which were reduced to 200 codes after continuous review, and finally these codes were divided into 3 main categories (14 classes) including making corrections and ranking in the educational system (creativity in medical education, standardization of education and research factors, qualitative and quantitative assessment), improving the quality of academic education (goals and organizational status of professors, students and study opportunities, training courses and learning/teaching strategies, educational facilities and equipment/ educational performance), and internationalization of education (global and regional conditions, cultural, economic, and political conditions, scientific cooperation and equipment, management and human resources, extracurricular and curricular activities, and supervision and review) and 100 subcategories. Conclusions: The results showed that it is required to make long-term policies to improve research, educational, service and coordination activities between different parts of the university in order to internationalize universities and create a dynamic environment. Every year, some students drop out or hopelessly continue their education because of dissatisfaction of their field of study. The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction of Operating Rooms students of Rafsanjan Paramedical School with their field of study and their view on job future in 2019. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, all Operating Rooms students of Rafsanjan Paramedical School (75 students) were evaluated. A two-part questionnaire was used, the first part included demographic questions and the second part was to evaluate the level of students 'satisfaction with the field of study, effective factors on students' satisfaction and perspective on the future career.  Reliability and validity of the questionnaire is confirmed through Cronbach’s alpha 0.7 to 0.94. The Data were analyzed using T-test, Anova, and Chi-square through SPSS. Results: The students' satisfaction with mean and standard deviation of 3.5±0.77 was in the range of "high satisfaction" and there was no significant difference in terms of age, gender, marital status, total grade point average, history of dropping out of school and place of residence (p>0.05). The difference between the year of entry into the university and interest in the field of study was significant (p=0.011). How to teach specialized theory courses was the most important factor in students' satisfaction with the field of study, and "serviceability to people and the community" was the key to a positive attitude toward the future. Conclusion: The students' satisfaction was "very high" and their attitude toward job future was positive. Improving the educational facilities, more student interaction with the department manager and the application of theory lessons in the clinic will be critical to achieving satisfaction.
