Given the importance of effective education and the impact of critical thinking on it also, the short history of study in this area, this research has been done to measure the level of critical thinking skilsl in medical students of Hamadan university of medical sciences. Methodology: In this cross-sectional study conducted in 1398, 218 medical students of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences were examined by census method using the California B questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS at 95% confidence level and analysis of variance and Independent t test. Result: The mean of total scores in this test was 12.5±3.8 from the total score of 34.There are significant differences in the total scores and sub-skills of analysis, inference and deductive reasoning at the input of different years (in all cases p <0.001).There is no significant relationship between the scores obtained with age, gender and entrance exam area. Analysis score in different quotas and total score in free quota are significantly different from veterans quota (p =0.036 and P =0.011), respectively). Total score (r=-0.14 and P =0.033), inference (r=-0.240 and P =0.001) and deductive reasoning (r=-0.17 and P =0.011) have a significant inverse correlation with the entrance exam rank.There is a correlation between basic science test score and inference score (r=0.2 and P = 0.012) and deductive reasoning (r=0.17 and P.value=0.035) and between pre-internship test score and evaluation scores (r=0.35 and P =0.031),inference (r=0.36 and P =0.029), deductive reasoning (r=0.35 and P =0.030) and total score (r=0.4 and P = 0.013). But its impact on factors such as creativity and spiritual intelligence needs further investigation. Therefore, the present study was conducted to determine the mediating role of spiritual intelligence on the quality of combined learning and creativity from studentsُ views in Zanjan University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 2018-2019. Methods: This is a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population consist of all professional doctoral students of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences (N=960) who had benefited from combined education in the academic year of 1997-98. The sample size was estimated to be 275 people using Morgan table and students were entered into the study by simple random method. Data collection tools included questionnaires on the quality of the course Guinness combined learning, Abedi's creativity and King's spiritual intelligence (SISRI). Pearson correlation and multiple regression tests were used to analyze the data through SPSS and Baron and Kenny four-step method was used to determine the mediating role. Results: The results showed that there was a significant relationship between students' perceptions of the quality of the combined learning course with creativity (r=0.34) and spiritual intelligence (r=0.39) (P= 0.001). There was also a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and creativity (r=0.38) (P<0.001). Examining the mediating role of spiritual intelligence and its components also showed that this variable has a partial and moderating mediating role in relation to students' views on the quality of the combined learning course and creativity. Identifying barriers of international students’ admission is one of the important issues in the field of higher education promotion. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify barriers of foreign students’ admission in Iranian public universities. Methods: This research has been done in terms of applied purpose and qualitative method. Participants in this study consisted of all experts in the field of higher education in comprehensive and specialized universities at the level of one Ministry of Sciences, whose field of scientific and executive activity was the internationalization of higher education. Sampling was continued in a targeted manner until reaching the theoretical saturation level, in which 11 people participated in the study. To collect data, Semi-structured interview method was used and data were analyzed by using Brown and Clark (2006) six-step content analysis method. Results: Based on findings, in terms of barriers of international students’ admission in Iranian public universities, 32 basic themes, 6 organizing themes and 3 comprehensive themes were extracted. Political, cultural and social weaknesses of universities as well as weakness of the educational, research and technology authority of universities and research institutes at the regional and international levels also the lack of authority of universities and professors in attracting students and interacting with Foreign professors were identified as the main barriers to the admission of foreign students to Iranian public universities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of psychological capital through  mediating role of job satisfaction and job burnout on nurses' performance. Methods: This is  an applied and analytical- cross sectional  study . The statistical population includes 3523 nurses of Rasht hospitals in 1398. The sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula and after preparing a list of nurses, based on the table of random numbers and simple random sampling method, 318 people were examined. Data collection tools were standard questionnaires of burnout, job performance and job satisfaction. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling through SPSS and SMARTPLS3. Results: The results showed that psychological capital has an effect on job satisfaction and burnout as well as nurses' performance by 0.297, -0.387, and 0.259. Also, the effect of job satisfaction and burnout on nurses' performance was equal to 0.213, -0.173. Finally, based on the results of the Sobel test, the mediating role of job satisfaction and burnout in the effect of psychological capital on nurses' performance was determined to be 0.196 and -0.205. Conclusion: based on findings, receiving psychological capital can improve nurses' performance by increasing job satisfaction and reducing burnout. The aim of this study was to determine the pattern of structural relationships of academic motivation based on psychological needs mediated by the role of academic procrastination intervening in undergraduate students. Methods: This is a correlation study via structural equation modeling and statistical population consisted of all undergraduate students studying at Mohaghegh Ardabili University in the first semester of the 2020academic year. 405 of these individuals were selected by Multi-stage cluster random sampling and individually answered the questionnaires of academic motivation, academic procrastination and psychological needs. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient tests with SPSS and structural equation modeling using Lisrel . Results: The results showed that academic motivation with the total score of psychological needs (r = 0.35), the components of the need for competence (r = 0.18), the need for autonomy (r = 0.34) and the need for dependence (r =0.34)  has positive relationship and   with the total score of academic procrastination (r = -0.24) and study components for the test (r = -0.19), homework readiness (r = -0.21) and readiness Article (r = -0.12) has negative correlation. Also, academic procrastination with the total score of psychological needs (r = -0.18) and the components of the need for competence (r = -0.14), the need for autonomy (r = -0.10) and the need for dependence (r =-0.23) has negative relationship.Model fit indices also confirmed the effect of psychological needs on academic motivation mediated by academic procrastination. This research aimed to identify the components of a desirable organizational culture to commercialize the research results in a medical sciences university. Methodology: This is an applied qualitative research design using  the approach of Glaser’s grounded theory. The target group included managers and faculty members at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. The data collection tool was semi-structured interviews with 14 respondents having experience in research commercialization or cooperation with private companies. The sample was selected using the snowball sampling approach. Then, the thematic analysis method was used to analyze data. Results: The research findings indicate that the total number of free codes extracted from the content of the interviews was 166, which after merging similar codes with each other, finally 43 codes were extracted and classified in 14 similar concepts and finally in 4 the main themes were categorized. These included components of needs assessment (social accountability), the components of idea production including (innovation, risk appetite, encouragement and reward and Mindset, the culture of idea conversion including (management support, university independence and autonomy, empowered structure, flexibility and strategy and commitment to goals) and the culture of communication include (communication models, interaction, teamwork, consulting services). Conclusion: According to the results, a reason why research results are not commercialized much is the lack of adequate attention to creating culture by university policy-makers and decision-makers. Therefore, the present study was designed and conducted to determine the educational needs of nursing staff in hospitals affiliated to Zanjan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on all nurses in hospitals and educational and medical centers affiliated to Zanjan University of Medical Sciences. 331 of these individuals were selected by simple random sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information in two sections: demographic information and questions related to specialized courses. Data were analyzed using descriptive indices, one-group t-test through SPSS. Results: Among 331 participants in the study, 182 (55%) were female nurses and 149 (45%) were male nurses. The mean age of participants was 32 years for women and 36 years for men. Four periods of adult resuscitation, mechanical ventilation, ECG interpretation and maternal resuscitation and preeclampsia with mean and standard deviation of 4.68±1.035, 4.38±0.801, 4.27±1.70 and 4.12±0.980, respectively had the highest mean among other periods.
