The statistical sample of study includes all nurses working in wards of Shafa hospital of Rasht in 2012- 2013. The instrument used in this study is general health questionnaire (GHQ-28) (1972). From the statistical sample, 200 individuals were randomly selected, after completing questionnaires, 30 subjects with score above cutting line 26 in general health questionnaire were randomly placed in two 15-member control and experimental groups. The experimental group received two training sessions of emotional intelligence for one month, two sessions in a week and the control group received no training. Finally, posttest was performed for both groups.   Results: Data was analyzed using Mancova. Results indicated that teaching emotional intelligence has a significant impact on public health (P< 0/001) and eta squared contribute greatly to this effect (0 . 61) showed. Also intelligence training has a significant impact on physical symptoms, anxiety symptoms, social functioning and symptoms of depression. The purpose of this study was to compare two methods of face to face and pamphlet training (education) to increase awareness of cardiovascular risk factors among high school girl students in Kashan.   Methods: This quasi-experimental study was carried out on 150 high school girl students selected through multistage random sampling method in 2011.The samples were divided into two face to face and pamphlet training and their awareness and performance before and after the intervention and one month later was assessed. The data were analyzed by SPSS 11.5 through t-test and chi-square test.   Results: In both groups, there was a meaningful difference between the pre-test and post-test scores (p<0/05) but the magnitude of this difference was more in first group (2.2±3.17 and 1.74). There was meaningful statistical difference comparing two groups in respect to the three parts of the knowledge and practice score (post-test, one month later) but no difference in post-test and one month later. Therefore, this skill training is so important for anesthesia residents' and curriculum. The goal of this study was to compare the teaching of endotracheal intubation with FFL by intubating mannequin and cadaver to anesthesiology residents'.   Method: This study was a randomized training trial in whole of anesthesia residents'(12 residents) in faculty of medicine in Guilan University of Medical Sciences,without preceding experience.After accomplish Pre-test based on DOPS by intubating mannequin, the residents' randomly were divided into two groups for training: intubating mannequin and cadaver. After teaching in the base of teaching plan, post test was taken. The results were analyzed by SPSS soft ware and paired sample T-test and ANOVA .   Finding: Results with paired sample t-test indicated that mean score of each enclosures, before and after teaching was promoted in cadaver and teaching mannequin (P < 0.01). The present study was designed to assess internship students perceptions of patient safety, knowledge and their attitudes to patient safety education .   Methods: This cross-sectional and discriptive- analytical study was conducted in 2011atUrmiaUniversityof Medical Sciences . The statistical population were 134people, including medical, Nursing and Midwifery students which were selected as census . The data collection instrument was a questionnaire. Results were analyzed SPSS statistical software (version 16.0), which employed the chi-square , Spearman correlation coefficient, f and LSD tests.   Results: Totally , 121 students completed the questionnaire that included 62 medical and 34nursing students. Almost 50% of the students well- evaluated their knowledge about patient safety . Attitude to patient safety education were accepted with the majority of students. Based on chi-square test respondents' attitudes to patient safety education with year(P = 0.003) , sex (P= 0.001) and course (P = 0.017) were significant . CPR training should concentrate on making and problem-solving skills in an emergency situation. Proper training and effective performance of neonatal resuscitation can be effective in reducing 99% of neonatal deaths in developing countries can be reduced. The aim of this study, providing two methods of clinical staff training and comparing the effect of these two methods on their knowledge and practice. Methods: In this intervening, quasi-experimental study, 80 clinical staff randomly are divided into two groups. The first group were trained with manual teaching method using CD, the second group were trained with the two days workshop (first day: theoretical and practice on model, second day: faced with the real environment for neonate CPR. Of the unit's research, pre-and post-tests were performed on both group using a man -made questionnaire (α Alpha 83.0) and check list to determine level of awareness and levels of performance respectively. To determine validity and reliability of the checklist, content validity and test-retest were used respectively. Then, the mean scores were compared with independent t-test and paired t- test. Results: Comparison of mean scores of pre-test and post-test in two scopes of knowledge(P=0/01, t=5.8) and practice (P=0.01, t=9.3) at the two groups showed significant difference which represents effect of  the education on both groups. Conclusions: According to higher difference of the mean scores at the workshop's method, it seems that person-centered method has enhanced the knowledge and skills clinical staff at the newborn CPR field. The goal of this study was to determine faculty members’ viewpoints regarding teacher evaluation process by students in Hamadan University of Medical Sciences.   Methods: This is a descriptive analytic and cross sectional study. Sampling method is based on census. It was performed in Hamadan University of Medical Sciences during 2011-2012. The data collection tool was a questionnaire which asked faculty members’ viewpoints about evaluation process. The data was analyzed SPSS software using ANOVA, Chi 2 test and t-test.   Results: Most lecturers believe that assessment is effective to improve their teaching (68.8%). But the most negative opinions were about lack of attention to the content differences of the courses with the same evaluation (90.6%) and Lack of showing educational skills by lecturers (79%). The result of evaluation was accepted by only 34.3% of academic staffs . There was not significant relationship among Viewpoints of faculty members by consiering age(0.507), gender (0.941) and work experience (0.744).   Conclusion: Faculty members were not so satisfied with the performance of evaluation process by students and have negative attitude toward this issue. This study try to assess attitude and experiences of teachers' and medical students in the process of professionalism in clinical education. The aim of this study is to explore the process of professionalism in clinical education.   Methods: This study is a qualitative research and content analysis. Participants in the study were medical students that were chosen purposefully. The clinical professors who are willing and able to transfer rich data about study selected. Semi-structured interview (personal interview) was used data were analyzed based on Strauss and Corbin.   Results: Finally 6 to 8 main categories and sub- categories were created respectively and4 themes extracted from these factors including: social, political, economic and cultural factors.   Conclusion: Findings showed that the concept of professionalism from the viewpoints' of participarticipants is associated with their handling of the case in training.
