Survey of Medical Students Satisfaction of Internet Services in Guilan University of Medical Sciences in 1386

Introduction: Use of network is one of the most important problems in teaching- learning process. Identifying the satisfaction in using internet is a key point in this process. In this research, we try to identify satisfaction in medical students of Guilan University about internet services.
Methods: in this analytical- descriptive study, 159 participants were selected by using purposive sampling from medical university. Questionnaire included two sections, one section was demographic data and another section, statement about satisfaction related to internet services based on likert scale. After collecting data, they were analyzed by descriptive and inferential tests by using SPSS (version 19).
Results: in this research 57.9% of respondents were female and the age of 57.8% were above 20 years old (mean, 20.7). Ch-square was used for identifying significances relation between demographic characters& students satisfaction. It showed that, there are significant relationship between environment temperature and sex (P<0.05), privacy and major (P<0.007) and fast access to scientific cite and major (P<0.0001).
Conclusion: satisfaction results in the medical students could be used to promote the suitable structures such as accessible information, equipment and facility in the medical universities.
