بررسی نقش امید تحصیلی و حمایت عاطفی ادراک شده در پیش‌بینی بهزیستی تحصیلی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی

مقدمه:بهزیستی تحصیلی از جمله عوامل بسیار مهمی است که بر نتایج تحصیلی تأثیر بسزایی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش امید تحصیلی و حمایت عاطفی ادراک شده در پیش­ بینی بهزیستی تحصیلی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی انجام گرفت.
روش ­ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی بر روی کلیه دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی یزد به تعداد 5363 نفر در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بود. حجم نمونه براساس جدول مورگان 352 نفر (47/4درصد دختر و 53/6 درصد پسر) و به­ صورت نمونه ­گیری تصادفی خوشه ­ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه ­های استاندارد امید تحصیلی خرمایی و کمری، حمایت عاطفی ادراک شده عالی­ پوربیرگانی، بهزیستی تحصیلی پیترینن بود. داده­ ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه به روش گام­ به­ گام و آزمون t گروه­های مستقل با استفاده از نرم ­افزارSPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ­ها:نتایج نشان داد که بین متغیرهای امید تحصیلی و حمایت عاطفی ادراک شده با بهزیستی تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معنی­ داری وجود دارد (0/05>p). از طرفی، متغیر حمایت عاطفی ادراک شده 18 درصد، امید به کسب فرصت ­ها 23 درصد، امید به سودمندی دانشگاه 27 درصد و امید به کسب شایستگی 30 درصد واریانس بهزیستی تحصیلی را پیش ­بینی نمودند. از سویی دیگر نتایج t گروه­ های مستقل نشان داد که بین حمایت عاطفی ادراک شده دانشجویان دختر و پسر تفاوت معنی­ داری وجود دارد  به­ طوری ­که دانشجویان دختر از حمایت ادراکی بالاتری نسبت به دانشجویان پسر برخوردار بودند (0/01>p).
نتیجه گیری:با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر می ­توان گفت که امید تحصیلی و حمایت عاطفی ادراک شده نقش معنی­ داری در پیش ­بینی بهزیستی تحصیلی دارند. بنابراین، پیشنهاد می­ شود با برطرف نمودن نیازهای بنیادین دانشجویان از طریق خانواده ­ها و جامعه می­ توان زمینه ­های بهزیستی تحصیلی دانشجویان را فراهم آورد.
