ارتباط گرایش به تفکر انتقادی با خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در کارآموزان و کارورزان پزشکی

مقدمه: امروزه تفکر انتقادی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی نقش مهمی در پیشرفت تحصیلی در آموزش عالی و کسب موفقیت در محیط کار را دارند. از این­ رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین گرایش به تفکر انتقادی با خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در کارآموزان و کارورزان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان انجام گرفت.
روش­ ها: این پژوهش توصیفی- مقطعی بر روی 145 نفر از دانشجویان رشته پزشکی در مقطع کارآموزی و کارورزی در سال 1400 انجام شد. ابزار مطالعه شامل دو پرسشنامه گرایش به تفکر انتقادی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و همچنین فرم اطلاعات فردی اجتماعی دانشجویان بود. داده ­های جمع­ آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون­ های آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (کای اسکوئر، t مستقل،آنووا و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) و از طریق نرم افزار آماری SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین خودکارآمدی تحصیلی با معدل تحصیلی دانشجویان ارتباط معنی ­داری وجود دارد (p<0/001 و 14/38=x2). بررسی وضعیت تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان در سه حیطه خلاقیت و بالندگی و تعهد حاکی از آن بود که 124نفر (85/5 درصد) تفکر انتقادی قوی دارند. همچنین بین میانگین نمره گرایش به تفکر انتقادی با جنس زن (p=0/038 و 2/10=t)، رده سنی بالاتر (p=0/016 و 2/45=t)و معدل تحصیلی بیشتر (p=0/001 و 11/78=t) ارتباط آماری معنی­دار مشاهده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که بین گرایش به تفکر انتقادی با خودکارآمدی تحصیلی همبستگی مثبت و معنی­ داری وجود دارد (p=0/0001 و 0/244=t).
نتیجه ­گیری: با توجه به ارتباط گرایش به تفکر انتقادی با خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در دانشجویان پزشکی، آموزش و تقویت تفکر نقادانه در طول دوره آموزش به دانشجویان پزشکی می­تواند موجب تقویت خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و رشد حرفه­ای در ایشان گردد.
