بررسی محیط آموزشی اتاق عمل مراکزآموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان از دیدگاه دانشجویان

مقدمه: آموزش بالینی از مهم­ترین بخش ­های آموزش پزشکی و پیراپزشکی است که در محیط بالینی، دانشجویان را جهت انجام مهارت­ های بالینی آماده می ­کند. از آن­جا که ارزیابی محیط آموزش بالینی با استفاده از یک ابزار متناسب نقش مهمی در افزایش انگیزش و یادگیری دانشجویان دارد، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی محیط آموزشی اتاق عمل­ های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان از نظر دانشجویان رشته اتاق عمل انجام شد.
روش‌ها: این مطالعه تحلیلی- مقطعی در سال 1400 بر روی 48 دانشجوی رشته اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان با استفاده از پرسشنامه روا و پایای (IMOTEC) به روش سرشماری انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون­ های t مستقل و ANOVA و با استفاده از نرم­ افزار آماری  SPSSمورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: از مجموع 48 شرکت­ کننده در مطالعه 27 نفر (56/2 درصد) دختر و 21 نفر (43/8 درصد) پسر بودند. 75 درصد دانشجویان وضعیت جو آموزشی اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان را مطلوب ارزیابی نمودند. از پنج حیطه جو آموزشی حیطه مربی­گری بیشترین امتیاز (11/70 ± 40/25) و حیطه حمایت و پشتیبانی کم­ترین امتیاز (3/12 ± 4/62) را کسب نمودند. نتایج نشان داد که بین جو آموزشی اتاق عمل و حیطه ­های آن در بین دانشجویان دختر و پسر تفاوت معنی­ داری وجود ندارد.
نتیجه ­گیری: با توجه به یافته­ های مطالعه­ ی حاضر نمره کل سنجش جو آموزشی اتاق عمل از دیدگاه دانشجویان در سطح مطلوب بود. اما با توجه به پایین بودن رضایت دانشجویان از حیطه حمایت و پشتیبانی پیشنهاد می ­گردد با اصلاح محیط یادگیری حمایتی در آموزش بالینی، می­توان رضایت از حیطه پشتیبانی و حجم کار را بهبود بخشید.
