بررسی ارتباط زورگویی در محیط بالین با عزت نفس و راهکارهای مقابله ای مورد استفاده دانشجویان پرستاری

مقدمه: زورگویی در دانشجویان پرستاری مسئله مهمی است که می­ تواند بر عزت نفس تأثیر داشته باشد. افراد معمولاً از راهکارهای مقابله‌ای در مواجهه با شرایط منفی استفاده می­ کنند. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین ارتباط زورگویی در محیط بالین با عزت­نفس و راهکارهای مقابله ­ای مورد استفاده دانشجویان پرستاری بود.
روش ­ها: این مطالعه تحلیلی- مقطعی در سال 1398 بر روی 193 دانشجوی پرستاری که به شیوه تصادفی طبقه ­ای انتخاب شده بودند، انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده­ ها، پرسشنامه­ های روا و پایای رفتارهای زورگویی در محیط بالین Clarke و همکاران، عزت‌نفس Rosenberg و راهبردهای مقابله ­ای Lazarus وFolkman  بود. داده­ ها با استفاده از نرم­افزار آماری SPSS و از طریق آزمون­ های ضریب همبستگی Pearson و Independent t test تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین زورگویی در محیط بالین و عزت نفس ارتباط آماری معنی­ داری وجود ندارد. زورگویی در محیط بالین با استراتژی مقابله ­ای هیجان محور به­ طور کلی، ارتباط مثبت و معنی­ داری داشت (0/041=P) ولی با استراتژی مقابله ­ای مسئله محور ارتباط معنی­ داری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه­ گیری: دانشجویان پرستاری از راهبردهای مقابله‌ای هیجان­مدار برای مقابله با زورگویی استفاده می‌نمایند. بنابراین ضرورت دارد روش‌های مقابله‌ای مؤثر در برابر رفتارهای زورگویانه به دانشجویان پرستاری آموزش داده شود.
