بررﺳﻰ ﻧﮕﺮش دانشجویان و اساتید ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻃﺮح اﺳﺘﺎد ﻣﺸﺎور و ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻰ ﻣﺸﻜﻼت و ارائه راﻫﻜﺎرﻫﺎ

مقدمه: ارائه خدمات راهنمایی و ﻣﺸﺎوره ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﺳاتید، راه­ﺣﻞ­ﻫﺎی ﻣﻨﺎسبی را ﺑﺮای ﺣﻞ ﻣﺴﺎیل در اﺧﺘﻴﺎر داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن ﻗﺮار می­ دﻫﺪ که سبب  افزایش ﺑﻴﻨﺶ، رﺷﺪ روابط اجتماعی و ﺑﺎزدﻫﻰ بیش­تر ﻧﻈﺎم آﻣﻮزﺷﻰ و پرورشی ﻣﻰ­ﺷﻮد. این پژوهش با هدف ﺑﺮرﺳﻰ ﻧﮕﺮش دانشجویان و اساتید داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﻜﻰ ﺷﻴﺮاز ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻃﺮح اﺳﺘﺎد ﻣﺸﺎور و ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻰ ﻣﺸﻜﻼت و ارائه راهکارها انجام شد.
روش­ ها: این مطالعه توصیفی- پیمایشی در طی سال 1399- 1397 بر روی 353 دانشجو و 153 استاد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز به­ روش نمونه ­گیری در دسترس انجام شد. برای جمع­ آوری داده ­ها از پرسشنامه محقق ­ساخته حاوی سه بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک دانشجویان و اساتید، شناسایی و تعیین مشکلات اجرای طرح استاد مشاور و در نهایت شناسایی راهکارهای حل مشکلات استفاده گردید. داده­ ها از طریق آزمون­ های آماری t ﻳﻚ ﮔﺮوﻫﻰ و آزﻣﻮن ﻧﺎﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻳﻚ ﻣﺠﺬور ﻛﺎ و نرم ­افزار آماری SPSS تجزیه و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ شدند.
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که دانشجویان و اساتید ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻃﺮح اﺳﺘﺎد ﻣﺸﺎور ﻧﮕﺮش ﻣنفی دارند (0/01 =p). از نظر هردو گروه عواملی از قبیل عدم وجود فضای فیزیکی و زمان مناسب، آگاهی ناکافی آنان از قوانین و مقررات آموزشی، عدم توجه به علایق و تخصص اساتید را از مشکلات اجرای طرح در دانشگاه دانستند ، همچنین هر دو گروه راه­کار‌های حل مشکلات اجرای طرح را تهیه امکانات سخت­ افزاری، نرم­ افزاری و برنامه­ های آموزشی می­دانستند (0/01 > p).
ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ­ﮔﻴﺮی: نتایج نشان داد که هر چند راهنمایی و مشاوره اساتید نقش بسیار مهمی در رشد و تعالی دانشجویان در چرخه زندگی دارد ولی این دو گروه نگرش مثبتی نسبت به طرح فعلی استاد- مشاور ندارند، چرا که مشکلات زیادی وجود دارد که باید برمبنای راهکارهای ارائه شده مورد توجه مسئولین قرار گیرد.
