Ethical Evaluation of Academic Promotion Regulations from the Perspective of Organizational Justice

Undoubtedly, one of the most important factors and drivers for the institutionalization of ethics in any organization is to improve the status of organizational justice. Most of the emergence of organizational justice can be seen in the Regulations evaluating the performance of an Organization. In this letter to the editor, was trying to study and pathology of the indicators of organizational justice in Academic Promotion Regulations of faculty members of universities.
