همه گیری کووید-19 برنظام آموزش عالی سلامت: چالش‌ها، راهکارها و دستاوردهای گذار به پساکووید

مقدمه: همه‌گیری کووید-19 چالش­ هایی را در عرصه آموزش عالی سلامت موجب شده است. در راستای مدیریت این چالش­ ها، راهکارهایی پیشنهاد شده که بسیاری از آن­ها در دوران پس از بحران نیز می‌توانند به ­کار گرفته شوند. هدف از این مطالعه مروری، بررسی چالش ­ها، راهکارها و دستاوردهای ناشی از پاندمی کووید-19 در عرصه آموزش عالی سلامت می‌باشد.
روش­ ها: مطالعه حاضر به روش مرور روایتی انجام شده است. به این منظور، پایگاه ­های اطلاعاتی،  SID  PubMed,، Cochrane collaboration، ERIC،Google Scholar با استفاده از کلید واژه ­های مشخص مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. پس از مطالعه و ارزیابی 65 مقاله منتخب، چالش­ ها، راهکارها و دستاوردهای ناشی از پاندمی کووید-19 در عرصه آموزش عالی سلامت مشخص گردید.
یافته ­ها: براساس یافته ­های پژوهش، بحران همه‌گیری کووید-19 چالش­ هایی را در چهار حوزه دانشجویی، کوریکولوم، پژوهش، و حمایت مالی نظام آموزش سلامت باعث شده است. به­ منظور تداوم برنامه‌های آموزشی، ارزشیابی و پژوهشی در نظام آموزش عالی سلامت، 8 راهکار در حوزه دانشجویی، 9 راهکار در حوزه کوریکولوم، 4 راهکار در حوزه پژوهش و 5 راهکار در نظام مالی پیشنهاد شده است. 13 مورد از این راهکارها به ­عنوان دستاوردهای حاصل از دوران بحران، در گذار به پساکووید مطرح می‌باشند.
نتیجه­ گیری: در مقابله با شرایط بحران، علاوه بر شناسایی چالش ­ها و ارائه راهکارهای مدیریت بحران، توجه به فرصت­ ها و ظرفیت­ های در پس بحران، راه ­گشای افقی نو به سمت تغییرات گسترده در نظام آموزش سلامت در دوران پس از بحران می ­باشند.
