بررسی نقش عزت نفس، شادکامی و جو اخلاقی بیمارستان در پیش بینی استرس ادراک شده دانشجویان پیراپزشکی

مقدمه:با توجه به ماهیت خاص رشته‌های علوم پزشکی دانشجویان این رشته‌ها در طول دوران تحصیل خود تحت تاثیر عوامل استرس‌زای متعددی قرار می‌گیرند، بخشی از این استرس ناشی از قرار گرفتن در محیط بالین می‌باشد که جهت مقابله و مدیرت آن از راهکارهای مختلفی استفاده می‌کنند، بنابراین این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش عزت­ نفس، شادکامی و جو اخلاقی بیمارستان در پیش­ بینی استرس ادراک شده دانشجویان پیراپزشکی انجام گردید.
روش ها: این مطالعه‌ تحلیلی-مقطعی بر روی کلیه دانشجویان پرستاری، بیهوشی، اتاق عمل و فوریت‌های پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم (400 نفر) در سال 1397 به­روش سرشماری انجام گردید. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه بررسی جو اخلاقی بیمارستان اولسون، مقیاس شادکامی آکسفورد، عزت نفس روزنبرگ و مقیاس استرس ادراک شده کوهن بود. داده ­ها بعد از جمع ­آوری، با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، آزمون پیرسون، t ‌مستقل، ANOVA و رگرسیون خطی از طریق نرم افزار آماری SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.     
 یافته‌ها: بین متغیرهای شادکامی (0/354-=r) و عزت­نفس دانشجویان (0/427-=r) با میزان استرس ادراک شده آن­ها همبستگی منفی معنی­ داری مشاهده گردید (0/001=p). همچنین دو متغیر شادکامی و عزت نفس 21 درصد از واریانس استرس ادراک شده را پیش­ بینی کردند. اما همبستگی معنی­ داری بین جواخلاقی بیمارستان از دیدگاه دانشجویان با میزان استرس ادراک شده آنان مشاهده نگردید (0/64=p).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به تاثیر شادکامی و عزت نفس در پیش ­بینی میزان استرس ادراک شده دانشجویان، باید برنامه‌هایی جهت تقویت این دو عامل به عنوان راهبردهای مدیریت و کاهش استرس تدوین و اجرا گردد.
