نقش مهارت ارتباطی مربی در آموزش بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری: مطالعه کیفی

مقدمه: آموزش بالینی پایه و اساس آموزش پرستاری است. دانشجویان در بالین صلاحیت و هویت حرفه­ ای خود را کسب می­ کنند. مربیان بالینی نقش اساسی در آموزش بالینی دانشجویان ایفا می­کنند. بنابراین ویژگی­ ها و مهارت­ های مربیان در چگونگی کسب تجربیات بالینی دانشجویان نقش اساسی می­ تواند داشته باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نقش مهارت ارتباطی مربی بر آموزش بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری انجام گردید.
روش: مطالعه با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی در سال 1396 بر روی دانشجویان پرستاری شاغل به تحصیل در دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی تبریز انجام شد. نمونه­ به روش مبتنی بر هدف شامل 20 دانشجوی پرستاری ترم چهار تحصیلی و بالاتر بود. داده­ ها به روش مصاحبه­ ای نیمه ساختاریافته جمع ­آوری شد. روش تحلیل محتوایی برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ­ها از طریق نرم ­افزار آماری M‏axqda  مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده­ ها منجر به ظهور چهار تم: تسهیل­ گری ارتباطی مربی، تسهیل واگذاری کار توسط پرستار به دانشجو، جذب همکاری بیمار و همراه، افزایش اعتماد به ‌نفس دانشجو گردید. مهارت ارتباطی مربی بالینی باعث ایجاد جو آموزشی سازنده در محیط بالینی شده و دانشجو را قادر به کسب تجارب بالینی مثبت از این محیط می­ کند
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که مهارت ارتباطی مربی در برخی مواقع نقش پر­رنگ­ تری از مهارت عملی و دانش نظری مربی در یادگیری بالینی دانشجویان دارد. مربیان بالینی نقش اساسی در جذب همکاری افراد درگیر در آموزش بالینی دانشجویان را دارند. در صورتی که  مربیان بالینی از مهارت ارتباطی بالا برخودار باشند، تجارب بالینی دانشجویان مفید­تر گشته و دانشجویان قادر خواهند بود یادگیری آسان­تر و مفید­تری را در بالین تجربه کنند.
