نقش سرمایه روانشناختی در پیش‌بینی اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشکده تغذیه و صنایع غذایی

مقدمه: سرمایه روانشناختی یکی از شاخص های روانشناسی مثبت­ گرایی است که با ویژگی­ هایی از قبیل باور فرد به توانایی­ هایش برای دستیابی به موفقیت، داشتن پشتکار در دنبال کردن اهداف، ایجاد اسنادهای مثبت درباره خود و تحمل کردن مشکلات تعریف شده است و اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشجویان عامل مهم در تعیین رشد شخصی و پیشرفت تحصیلی آنان در دانشگاه‌هاست. لذا هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تعیین نقش مولفه‌های سرمایه روانشناختی در پیش‌بینی اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشجویان بود.
روش‌ها: در این مطالعه همبستگی تعداد 230 دانشجوی دانشکده تغذیه و صنایع غذایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در سال تحصیلی 96-95 به شیوه نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای نسبتی انتخاب شدند. داده ­ها از طریق دو پرسشنامه‌ سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز و اشتیاق تحصیلی فردریکز جمع آوری گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون)  و از طریق نرم افزار آماری SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ ها: میانگین و انحراف استاندارد نمره کل اشتیاق تحصیلی 6/82±44/02 و نمره کل سرمایه روانشناختی 14/35±98/27 بود. آزمون همبستگی پیرسون بیانگر وجود رابطه مثبت و معنی‌دار بین مولفه‌های سرمایه روانشناختی با اشتیاق تحصیلی بود (0/001)
نتیجه‌گیری: سرمایه روانشناختی می‌تواند اشتیاق تحصیلی بین دانشجویان را پیش‌بینی کند. با توجه به این که این متغیر به شوق و اشتیاق دانشجویان به ادامه تحصیل ارتباط دارد، بنابراین تشکیل دوره‌های آموزشی و کارگاه‌های آموزشی جهت افزایش سرمایه روانشاختی دانشجویان باید مورد توجه و تاکید قرار گیرد.
