بازاندیشی در آموزش پزشکی : مروری بر مفاهیم، مدل ها، اصول و روش های تدریس بازاندیشی

مقدمه: بازاندیشی، از اجزاء جدایی­ ناپذیر و ضروری در آموزش و یادگیری حرفه­های سلامت است. بازاندیشی، فرایندی قابل کنترل است و می­ توان از استراتژی­ های متنوع آموزشی جهت تقویت و خلق آن استفاده نمود. بازاندیشی سبب می­ شود که یادگیری سطحی نبوده و به صورت عمیق و معنی­ داری ایجاد شود. کاربرد مدل­ های بازاندیشی و راهبردهای آموزشی ساختارمند، سبب تقویت و ایجاد تفکر بازاندیشانه در عملکرد بالینی می­ شود. این مطالعه با هدف مروری بر مفاهیم بازاندیشی، مدل­ های بازاندیشی و راهبردها و روش ­های تقویت و تدریس بازاندیشی انجام گرفت.
روش ها: در این مطالعه پایگاه­های اطلاعاتیScience Direct ،Ovid ،PubMed  ، SID، Magiran و موتور جستجوی گوگل اسکالر  (Google Scholar) با استفاده از کلیدواژه ­ها و عبارات بازاندیشی «Reflection»، تدریس بازاندیشی «Reflection Teaching»، بازاندیشی و آموزش پزشکی «Reflection and medical education»، بازاندیشی و آموزش بالینی «and Clinical Education Reflection » مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. در مورد مقالات انگلیسی، سال­های (2000 تا 2016) و در مورد مقالات فارسی سال­های ( 1385 تا 1395) مبنا قرار داده شدند. در مجموع 68 مقاله به دست آمد و بعد از دو مرحله بررسی 32 مقاله کاملاً مرتبط با هدف مطالعه تشخیص داده شده و در تدوین مطالعه مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: بازاندیشی به عنوان یک ابزار یادگیری مهم و قابل تقویت و تدریس در آموزش دانشگاهی پذیرفته شده است. روش­ های داستان گویی، بحث گروهی، فلش کارت، پوشهر­کار و راهبردهایی مثل ارائه بازخورد و ایجاد زمینه یادداشت برداری­رهای بازاندیشی   می ­توانند به تدریس و تقویت بازاندیشی کمک کنند.
بحث و نتیجه ­گیری: تدریس و تقویت بازاندیشی در فراگیران، از ضروریات آموزش در حرفه­ های سلامت به شمار می­رود. ارتباطی که بین توانایی بازاندیشی در فراگیران، با توانایی تفکر انتفادی، حل مساله، خودارزیابی، تلفیق آموخته­ های تئوری و عملی و یادگیری خود تنظیمی و مادام العمر وجود دارد، بازاندیشی را به یکی از اجزاء ضروری آموزش حرفه­ های پزشکی مبدل ساخته است؛ بنابراین لازم است که از روش­ های تدریس متنوع جهت تقویت و تدریس بازاندیشی استفاده گردد.
