نقش ابعاد یادگیری خودراهبر در پیش بینی سرزندگی تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان

مقدمه: سرزندگی تحصیلی و یادگیری خودراهبر از عوامل تأثیر­گذار بر یادگیری هستند و در موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان نقش بسزایی دارند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، نقش ابعاد یادگیری خودراهبر در پیش ­بینی سرزندگی تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان بود.

روش ­ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه­ ی توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه­ ی آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در سال تحصیلی94-1393 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان بودند. روش نمونه ­گیری به‌ صورت طبقه­ ای نسبی و تعداد 369 نفر به­ عنوان حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعیین شد. به‌منظور جمع­ آوری اطلاعات، از پرسشنامه یادگیری خودراهبر و سرزندگی تحصیلی استفاده گردید. داده ­ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه و آزمون t گروه­ های مستقل به وسیله نرم­ افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.

یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین یادگیری خودراهبر (r=0/33) و ابعاد آن (خودکنترلی (r=38/0)، خودمدیریتی (r=0/27) و رغبت برای یادگیری (r=0/31) )با سرزندگی تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معنی­ داری وجود دارد (P<0/01) و از بین ابعاد یادگیری خودراهبر، خودکنترلی و رغبت برای یادگیری پیش­ بینی کننده­ های معنی­ داری (01/0>F=36/02, P) برای سرزندگی تحصیلی دانشجویان بودند. همچنین مقایسه ابعاد یادگیری خودراهبر نشان داد که دانشجویان دختر نسبت به دانشجویان پسر از خودکنترلی و رغبت برای یادگیری بالاتری برخوردارند (P<0/01). در حالی که دانشجویان پسر سرزندگی تحصیلی بالاتری نسبت به دانشجویان دختر دارند P<0/01)).

نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از اهمیت نقش یادگیری خودراهبر، در ارتقای سرزندگی تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بوده و توصیه می­ گردد کارگاه ­هایی برای افزایش یادگیری خودراهبر دانشجویان برگزار شود.
