ارتباط وضعیت آﻣﻮزش ﺑﺎﻟﻴﻨﻲ با انگیزش تحصیلی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم

مقدمه: عدم علاقه و انگیزش تحصیلی دانشجویان چالش اساسی پیش ­روی آموزش بالینی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط وضعیت آموزش بالینی با انگیزش تحصیلی در دانشجویان اتاق عمل و هوشبری انجام شد.
روش ­ها: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی (از نوع مقطعی) برروی 104 دانشجوی هوشبری و اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم در سال 1396 به روش سرشماری انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ­ها در این پژوهش دو پرسشنامه بررسی وضعیت آموزش بالینی و انگیزش تحصیلی هارتر بود. به­ منظور توصیف وضعیت آزمودنی­ ها از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار)  استفاه و داده ­ها از طریق آزمون­ های t مستقل و پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی با نرم ­افزار آماری SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ­ها: میانگین نمره وضعیت آموزش بالینی دانشجویان هوشبری 71/12±73/73 و دانشجویان اتاق عمل 10/29±75/46 بود. همچنین میانگین نمره انگیزش تحصیلی در دانشجویان هوشبری 9/75±67/7 و اتاق عمل 10/07±67/07 بدست آمد. بین وضعیت آموزش بالینی و انگیزش تحصیلی ارتباط معنی­ داری مشاهده شد (24/0=r).
نتیجه ­گیری: با توجه به مطلوب نبودن کامل وضعیت آموزش بالینی دانشجویان و وجود رابطه معنی­ دار بین وضعیت آموزش بالینی و انگیزش تحصیلی، لذا توجه بیشتری از طرف مسئولان، اساتید و کارشناسان در جهت ارتقای آموزش بالینی در چهار حیطه اهداف و برنامه آموزشی، مربی، برخورد با دانشجو و نظارت و ارزشیابی پیشنهاد می­ گردد.
