مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر خلّاقیّت فراگیران

مقدمه :فرآیند رو به رشد خلّاقیّت فراگیران در عصر حاضر، توجّه پژوهشگران و برنامه­ ریزان آموزشی را به تحلیل و بررسی آن­ها جلب کرده است. لذا، می ­توان برنامه ­های آموزشی مدارس را به گونه­ ای طراحی کرد که زمینه مناسبی را برای افزایش خلّاقیّت فراگیران فراهم آورند. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش مستقیم و غیرمستقیم تفکّر بر افزایش خلّاقیّت فراگیران انجام شد.
روش­ ها: این پژوهش طرح گسترش یافته تمام آزمایشی پیش ­آزمون – پس­ آزمون چندگروهی با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل فراگیران پسر پایه دهم رشته تجربی دوره دوّم متوسطه ناحیه 2 شهر رشت در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بودند. 400 نفر از فراگیران به روش نمونه ­گیری تصادفی خوشه­ ای چند مرحله­ ای انتخاب و برای غربالگری آزمودنی­ های دارای خلّاقیّت پایین از پرسشنامه خلّاقیّت عابدی استفاده شد. درنهایت 60 نفر از فراگیران دارای خلّاقیّت ضعیف پس از هم­ ترازی به­ صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (40 نفره) و یک گروه کنترل (20 نفره) جایگزین شدند. به منظور تحلیل داده ­ها نرم ­افزار آماری SPSS استفاده و نتایج در قالب روش ­های آمار توصیفی و تحلیل کوواریانس گزارش شد.
یافته ­ها : نتایج نشان داد میانگین نمرات در آموزش مستقیم از (61/60) به (67/30) و در آموزش غیرمستقیم از (43/30) به (64/90) افزایش یافته و تفاوت معنی­ دار وجود دارد. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نمرات گروه کنترل در پیش ­آزمون (55/85) و در پس ­آزمون به (52/25) کاهش یافته است. در تحلیل کوواریانس داده­ ها، آموزش مستقیم و غیرمستقیم در مقایسه با گروه کنترل با اندازه اثر 0/92 باعث افزایش معنی­ دار خلّاقیّت در فراگیران گروه­ های آزمایش شد (0/001>p).
نتیجه گیری: با توجّه به این که به­ کارگیری روش ­های آموزش مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر خلّاقیّت تأثیر مثبت دارد و موجب افزایش خلّاقیّت فراگیران می­ شود، بهره ­گیری از این روش­ های آموزشی در مراکز آموزشی توصیه می­ شود.
