مروری بر برجسته ترین الگوهای اجرایی آموزش بین حرفه‌ای در علوم سلامت در جهان

مقدمه: یکی از تحولات مهم آموزش علوم سلامت در چند دهه ­ی اخیر در سطح جهانی، در جهت پاسخ گویی به ضرورت ارتقاء کیفیت و ایمنی درمان­ ها و مراقبت ­ها، تغییر رویکرد از آموزش تک­ حرفه ­ای به آموزش بین­ حرفه­ ای است، این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی و معرفی الگوهای اجرایی معتبر آموزش بین حرفه ­ای در جهان انجام شده است.

روش­ ها: مطالعه­ ی مروری نظام ­مند در سال 94- 1393 با بهره­ گیری از راهبرد دانشگاه یورک و کلید واژه­ های آموزش بین­ حرفه ­ای و الگوهای اجرایی در 4 پایگاه مطالعات علوم سلامت شاملScience direct و CINAHL و Pub med و Ovid و پایگاه عمومی مقالات علمی Scholar Google و مجلات و سازمان­ های مرتبط، در محدوده­ ی سال­های 2000 تا 2015  به زبان انگلیسی انجام شده، مقالات بر اساس معیارهای کیفی مبتنی بر هدف، ارزیابی و مقالات نهایی انتخاب گردیدند، از 3137 مقاله­ ی بازیابی شده اولیه، 15 مقاله واجد معیارهای کیفی بودند. نتایج بر اساس رویکرد نظریه­پردازی ملیس2011 و در 3 مقوله­ی" چارچوب مفهومی و مبانی علمی"، "چارچوب اجرایی و مداخلات آموزشی" و "ارزیابی پیامدهای آموزشی" در الگوها استخراج و نتایج به شیوه تفضیلی ارائه گردید.

یافته­ ها: هفت الگوی اجرایی معتبر در آموزش بین­حرفه­ای، شامل الگوی دانشگاه بریتیش کلمبیا و دالهوزی از کانادا، دانشگاه واشینگتن، فرانکلین و فلوریدا از آمریکا و دانشگاه لینکوپینگ از سوئد و دانشگاه لیزستر از انگلستان شناسایی شدند. هدف آموزش بین­ حرفه ­ای در الگوهای اجرایی، تکامل تدریجی هویت در فراگیران علوم سلامت از هویت تک­حرفه­ای به هویت بین ­حرفه ­ای  بود، چارچوب مفهومی الگوها، مبتنی بر نظریه­ های معتبر روانشناختی فردی و اجتماعی و آموزشی، چارچوب اجرایی بر ارتقاء فرایند اجتماعی شدن حرفه­ ای فراگیران با توسعه همکاری و تعاملات بین حرفه ­ای در قالب یادگیری مبتنی بر خدمات سلامت جامعه متمرکز بوده، و پیامدها نیز در سه حیطه­ ی فراگیران، اساتید و بیماران با ابزار­های کیفی وکمی ارزیابی شده است.

نتیجه ­گیری: الگوهای اجرایی در برنامه­ های آموزش بین ­حرفه ­ای، با ایجاد تعاملات گسترده بین­ حرفه ­ای و مبتنی بر نیاز سلامتی جوامع، زمینه ­ی ارتقاء فرآیند اجتماعی شدن حرفه­ ای دانشجویان علوم سلامت را در جهت کسب هویت بین حرفه ­ای در کنار هویت حرفه­ ای فراهم آورده و بدین ترتیب صلاحیت و توانمندی لازم جهت ارائه مراقبت تیمی جامع و یکپارچه مبتنی بر مددجو را در دانش آموختگان علوم سلامت به وجود می آورند.
