رابطه سازگاری شغلی با توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی و فرسودگی شغلی اعضای هیات علمی

مقدمه: توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی و فرسودگی شغلی اعضای هیات علمی از موضوعات بسیار مهمی هستند که می­‌توانند تحت تاثیر عوامل متعددی از جمله سازگاری شغلی قرار بگیرند. از این رو هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی رابطه سازگاری شغلی با توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی و فرسودگی شغلی اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان بود.

روش­ ها: روش پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان بوده که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای آسان تعداد 183 نفر انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. به منظور بررسی متغیرهای پژوهش از پرسشنامه­ های سازگاری شغلی، توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی و فرسودگی شغلی که روایی از طریق روایی محتوایی و پایایی آن­ها  از طریق آلفای کرونباخ  به ترتیب 0/76، 0/87و 0/79 مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون های ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه همزمان از طریق نرم افزارآماری  spss21 انجام شد.

یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج مقدار ضریب همبستگی سازگاری شغلی با توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی و فرسودگی شغلی به ترتیب 0/736 و 0/687- بود (0/01p<). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نیز نشان داد که سازگاری شغلی 9/56 درصد از واریانس توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی و 49/6 درصد از واریانس فرسودگی شغلی را تبیین می‌کند.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به رابطه مثبت سازگاری شغلی با توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی و رابطه منفی آن با فرسودگی شغلی، مدیریت منابع انسانی دانشگاه می‌تواند جهت افزایش توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی و کاهش فرسودگی شغلی اعضای هیات علمی، از مشاوره شغلی به شیوه سازگاری شغلی بهره گیرد.
